It’s entirely possible to bowl a 91 pin strike in Wii Sports bowling, and it’s not that difficult, either.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Nintendo Wii system
  • Wii Sports disc
  • Wiimote
  1. Step 1

Launch Wii Sports, go to the training page and select the Power Throws training game from the bowling menu.

  2. Step 2

Bowl through the training exercises until you reach the tenth frame, which features 91 pins.

  3. Step 3

Use the directional pad on the Wiimote to move your bowler all the way to the right side of the lane, against the metal barrier. Press the "A" button to adjust the angle of your throw and carefully tap the directional pad two clicks to the right.

  4. Step 4

Hold down "B" on the Wiimote and throw your ball as hard and straight as possible. If thrown correctly, your ball will roll along the top of the barrier, all the way down the lane and eventually disappear. After a moment’s pause, you should hear a loud boom and see all 91 pins fall.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you are left handed, move your bowler to the left side of the lane and adjust your angle slightly to the left.
  • Always use the wrist strap with your Wiimote.
  • This trick does not work on frames 1 through 9 in this training game.
