Things You’ll Need:
Step1
Eat something! whether its a full meal or a snack, never drink on an empty stomach. the best things are bread or anything with alot of starch to absorb the alcohol.
Step2
Do not mix drinks! make sure you know what your going to drink when the night starts. If your going to drink cranberry and vodka stick to that. Or Rum and coke stick to that. Most important! Do not mix vodka and rum.
Step3
do not do things that are high activity. Such as running, jumping, moshing, etc.
Step4
Try to avoid long car, train, or airplane rides, if your drunk your more likely to get car sick.
Step5
Know your limit! no one likes an over the top drunk, or someone that can not stay awake or starts crying for no reason! so make sure to know when to just STOP!
