Things You'll Need:
- small package of silken tofu (or half of the large size)
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk (soy, rice, almond, etc.)
- 1t vanilla
- 1t cinnamon
- bread (enough for everyone)
- non-stick skillet
- blender or food processor

Step 1
Pre-heat your skillet to a medium high temperature.

Using your food processor or blender, blend the tofu, "milk", vanilla, and cinnamon until it is an almost-liquid consistency. Place in a bowl.

Dip the bread into the mixture. Soak it and make sure that all parts of the bread gets dipped.

Place the bread on the skillet and cook about three minutes, until the side facing down is slightly browned. Then flip and cook the other side until browned.

Serve with your favorite toppings!
