Follow these easy steps to getting yoour child an agent for modeling

Instructions

Step 1

Make sure your child is willing to do this! Look for "Open Calls" in the newspaper or call agents listed in the phone book and on the internet. Make an appointment to have your child seen by a Talent Agency.
Step 2

Depending on the age of your child, a photo size 5X6 or 8X10 black and white show more professionalism on your part. Bring that to your appointment, along with a resume if your child has previous experience.
Step 3

Do not put makeup on your child, or jewlry or fancy clothes. Agents prefer to see them as naatural as possible.
Step 4

Stay away from any "Management Company" that charges you a fee of any kind. Talent Agencies are registered. "Management Companies" are not.
You can get a list of credible Agents on the internet or at the Library.
Remember, if it costs.....run!

Tips & Warnings

Talent Agencies will sign you to a contract and will take a percentage of the earnings. They only get paid, if you do.
Stay away from anyone who promises to make your child a star for a fee.
