How to Find a House Online

Finding a house online is easy with a one-stop sites, realtor.com or move.com, which have most, if not all of the nation's realtors' listings. Move Inc. runs both site. They are the official sites for the National Association of Realtors. Read on to learn more.

Things You’ll Need:

• Computer

1. Go to realtor.com
2. Enter the city and state, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the minimum and maximum amount you'd like to pay. Hit Go.
3. Choose what kind of property you'd like--for example, a single family house or condo. Hit "Go."
4. Look through the list and choose how to rearrange the list--by price, the number of photos or those with a video tour.

• The list of houses also includes the agent's phone number.
