The easiest way to remove grease from the carpet in your house.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • white cotton towel
  • WD-40
  • steam cleaner
  1. Step 1

Using the red tube that comes with the WD-40 container, spray a small amount directly on the spot. Take your white cotton towel and blot the spot. Continue this procedure until the grease spot is gone.

  2. Step 2

Take your steam cleaner and use hot water only to remove any residue of WD-40 from the carpet.

  3. Step 3

Cover the wet spots with a dry towel so you don't track dirt across the wet carpet.

Tips & Warnings
  • DON'T RUB THE SPOT. THIS WILL ONLY SPREAD THE GREASE.
  • IF YOU ARE NOT SURE IF THE WD-40 WILL HARM YOUR CARPET, TEST A SPOT SOMEWHERE YOU WON'T NOTICE.
