Then you put an ice cube in the middle of the washrag. If your infant doesn't like plain ice cubes, juice cubes work just fine.

Wrap the washrag around the ice cube, and wrap the rubberband around the bottom of the ice cube. Run the icecube under the faucet to get it wet. What's left of the washrag is easy for babies to hold while they suck on the ice cube.

Hello! I enjoyed the tip that juice cubes would work well for teething trouble. I no longer have infants myself, but know quite a few who do. Thanks! I am new to eHow also, so from one newbie to another, welcome!
