What's better than being out on a beautiful lake on a gorgeous summer day enjoying many different water sports? Knee boarding can be enjoyed by lots of different skilled and age level water lovers.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Things You’ll Need:

  • Boat
  • Knee board
  • Life jacket
  • Ski rope

How to Get up on a Knee Board

Step1
Position yourself behind the boat with your knee board at the end of the ski rope.
Step2
Lay on your stomach on the board, holding the rope.
Step3
Make sure the rope is tight before the boat starts to move forward.
Step4
Give the boat driver the signal that you're ready to go.
Step5
When the boat starts to accelerate, keep holding onto the rope while you slowly pull your knees to your chest so that your knees rest on the board.
Step6
Once you get your knees on the board, strap them on the board for security.
Step7
Once you've strapped your knees on the board hold on and enjoy your ride.

Tips & Warnings

  • When performing water sports ALWAYS wear your life jacket.
  • Don't lean too far forward or the nose of the board will go in the water and you'll fall forward.
