Step1
How much time can you devote to exercise a day? Write out your daily schedule, and figure out the best way to incorporate some time for exercise. Set 30 minutes or however long you plan to work out at a time.

Consider joining a gym. When you have to go to a gym, you are more likely to stick to the routine--mainly because you paid money for the membership, and the last thing you want to do is have that money go to waste!
Step3
Find a buddy. Exercising with a friend can make it easier to stick to an exercise routine. Studies have shown people are more likely to exercise and actually enjoy it more when they have a buddy.
