Do you find yourself failing every diet you try because of lack of motivation? Are you ready to finally follow through with that diet but don't know how to go about it? Here are a few tips.
Find your motivation. Do you need a diet for any reason other than your general health? Maybe you want to fit into that bikini by summer. Whatever your reason, you must know what will motivate you.

Choose inspirational quotes. Are there certain quotes that help you get through life? Put these quotes on small pieces of paper and tape them throughout your home. Put them on your bathroom mirror, on the fridge, on your computer and so forth. When you see them more, you're more liable to stay motivated.

Create a journal or diary to keep your progress. Every day, write in your journal or diary about how you feel. What is slowing you down from sticking with your diet? Are there certain temptations you need to overcome? Writing it all down and getting it out of your system will help you in the long run.

Use your camera. Take a picture, no matter how horrible you may think it looks, when you first start your diet. This can be more motivation than anything else! Seeing what you look like now and knowing how you want the picture to look can make a big difference.
Step5
Create a chart. Use a chart to track your weight and inches you lose as you go about your diet. Don't do it too often; that can become discouraging. Try once a week at the beginning or end of every week.
