Want a great taste from the south? This cajun chicken pasta will have your friends begging for the recipe.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Pre cooked chicken tenderloin 5 oz
  • Pre cooked Linguine 10 - 12 oz
  • Olive Oil 2 tsp
  • Roma tomato (2 finely diced)
  • Alfredo Sauce 6 oz
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese 1/4 cup
  • Cajun Seasoning 1 Tbl
  • Green Onions (2 sliced)

Step1
In a 12" sauté pan add olive oil, finely diced roma tomatoes and cook over medium high heat for one minute.
Step2
Then add Alfredo sauce, Cajun seasoning, pre cooked chicken tenderloin and half of the parmesan cheese. Cook all ingredients to a low simmer.
Step3
Pour pre cooked pasta on top of sauce and mix together.
Step4
Pour chicken pasta into a serving bowl. Top with remaining parmesan cheese and green onions.

Tips & Warnings

  • Make sure pre cooked pasta stays warm until needed.
  • If you have a big family you can double the recipe.
  • Sauce may burn if left unattended.
