You might find yourself constantly telling yourself you will start working out and then start, but not keep track of how often and for how long you do it. This article will give you a few tips to keep track of your workouts so you can keep track of your progress.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Step1
Pick a source to keep information. You can choose a journal, a book, binder, folder or even create your own spreadsheet to keep track of your workouts.
Step2
Track all information. In the book you choose, keep track of the date, when you start and when you finish your workout. Also make a note of what workouts you did so you can switch off if needed.
Step3
Make it handy. If you cannot keep track of a book or folder, consider a bulletin board or dry erase board. Keep it in the room you workout in. This way you can mark down when you're starting and when you finished without having to carry the book around.
Step4
Join a group online. There are a few groups that you can choose from on exercise and health websites that you can sign up with for free. Some of them offer tools to help you track your workouts as well as your diet or changing eating habits.
