on 6/2/2008 That Method Rocked! The transition was a walk in park.
I felt no withdrawls and I still feel that caffeine perk with decaf.Guess it's just psychological now.
Thanks

on 4/25/2008 I would like to do this, but am afraid that I'll miss it too much! The caffeine really helps get me going in the morning, but maybe that's because my body expects it. Does weaning yourself slowly help with that? Thanks!

on 3/16/2008 Me, give up coffee? Not in this lifetime. But I don't drink any soda - so hopefully it balances out.
