In this article you will learn how to freshen a closet using a few methods.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Cotton balls
  • Scented oil
  • Cedar
  • Sachet bags
  • Dried rose petals
  • Lavender sprigs

Step1
Take a cotton ball and saturate it in your favorite scented oil and then place it on a shelf in your closet. Do this as often as needed.
Step2
Place a small piece of cedar wood in your closet. This will not only freshen it up but it will also help to keep moths away from your clothes.
Step3
Fill small sachet bags with dried rose petals and place them in various places in your closet.
Step4
Take a few sprigs of lavender when they are in bloom and tie them together with a pretty ribbon. Place as many sprigs of lavender in your closet as desired.

on 2/3/2008 I take the pages from magazines that have the perfume strip and place them in my linen closet. Of course, I only use the ones I like.
