A lot of people complain about swollen joints. There are ways to take care of such an ailment, however, it doesn't always seem to work. In this article you will learn a technique used to aid swollen joints.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

    Combine 1 cup of apple cider vinegar and 1 cup of water. Heat the liquid mixture in a microwave until it is very warm. Take care not to make the liquid so hot that you will burn yourself.

  2. Step 2

    Take the now warm apple cider vinegar and water mixture and apply it to the swollen joint as a poultice. Cover with a thick cloth to keep warm.

  3. Step 3

    Continue applying the apple cider vinegar and water mixture to the swollen joint for about 30 minutes.

Tips & Warnings
  • Do not use if you are allergic to apple cider vinegar.
  • Do not make the liquid mixture too hot.
