Sex planning is important if you have a rapid growing of family members. Without planning your sexual time you will keep having babies in no time. Use birth control that fits your needs. You cannot just keep having sex and abandoned your kids. Do not sleep each other when your partner is fertile. After menstrual period you need to wait at least 7 days before having sex. For men ,please do not ask your wife to have sex after few days of delivering your newborn. Some couples have kids with only less than a years gaps. Be considerate to your partner. It is not easy to keep raising kids with the rest of your lives. So make plan for your sexual time.
