Hosting a wedding favor party is a great way to help out your favorite bride-to-be. With the help of a few close friends—and some good food and wine—you’ll have the bride’s wedding favors assembled by the end of the party.
Ask the bride to give you a list of names and addresses for the people she would like to invite to the party.
Step2
Handwrite the invitation information and addresses. This makes the invitation more personal than something that was printed out on a computer.
Step3
Designate a table where everyone can sit together to assemble the favors.
Step4
Decide if you want to have each person assemble an entire favor or if the favors should be put together in an assembly line.
Step5
Arrange the favor materials on the table. If each guest is going to assemble an entire favor, then all the materials can be placed at the center of the table. If the favors are going to be assembled in an assembly line, then the materials should be arranged in order with each guest in charge of one item.
Step6
Place the appetizers, wine, wine glasses, party plates and napkins on a small table nearby so your guests can help themselves during the party.
Step7
Toast the bride-to-be, enjoy the refreshments and have fun with your guests as you help her get ready for her big day.
Step8
Place all of the assembled favors and any extra materials in the box when the group has finished putting them together so the bride will have an easy time taking them home after the party.
