Losing your weight this year is easy. First check yourself with depression and try cope with it. Next for that would be easy to work with your figure when you feel very comfortable with your feelings towards other. Depression is most likely the cause of gaining weight. So if you keep exercising everyday and going to the gym often ,and then you have noticed that nothing has changed it is because your mind is not cooperating the system. You cannot just punish your body because of the size you see and the weight you feel, You have to make your brain agrees your plan of having to lose weight by any means you want. You cannot just keep jumping for exercise while your heart is crying within. You are trying hard everyday to lose weight but at the same time your eyes are full of tears. You might lose your weight by pushing hard to do it, but you will lose your mental strength and makes you crazy. So, think about the balance in losing weight. What is more important to you? Losing your weight or losing your brain? I rather be fat and mentally healthy rather than physically thin or slim but mentally insane.
