An outstanding side dish to serve anytime but recommended with a beef entree or as a addition to your favorite pasta dish This mushroom delight will please even the pickiest eater and will fast become a family favorite!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 10 oz pkg frozen spinich, chopped
  • 2 tblsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 c bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c parmesan cheese
  • salt and peper to taste
  1. Step 1

    Wash mushrooms and slice

  2. Step 2

    In large skillet, melt butter and sauté mushrooms until limp - layer in bottom of baking dish

  3. Step 3

    Place spinach and garlic powder in saucepan and cook according to package - drain well and layer on top of mushrooms

  4. Step 4

    In bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper together and sprinkle over mushroom and spinach layers.

  5. Step 5

    Bake at 350 degrees fro approximately 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on top
