Demonstrate how you and the company are a match. The employer is looking for this. Do some research about the company before hand. This will help you to discuss your qualifications to meet their needs.

Have a list of questions that you want to ask them. Pull it out, but don't ask what they have already answered. This will show that you are interested in them, are prepared and you have given the job a great deal of consideration.
