Mandarin orange and pecan salad
Mandarin orange and pecan salad

A beautiful and delicious salad! Perfect served with Raspberry dressing.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Salad greens of your choice. (I prefer hearts of Romaine, spinach or a combination of the two for this salad.)
  • Toasted pecans or walnuts
  • red onion slices
  • Mandarin orange pieces chilled and drained
  1. Step 1

Start with fresh washed and dried greens.

  2. Step 2

To toast pecans, place on cookie sheet and toast in 350 degree oven for about 5 minutes or until fragrant. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

  3. Step 3

Place greens in bowl, top with slivery slices of red onion, Mandarin orange sections and toasted pecans. Serve with Raspberry dressing.

Tips & Warnings
  • Walnuts may be substituted for Pecans
  • Make in one large bowl or individual bowls.
  • Adjust ingredient amounts to your liking
