Instructions
Things You'll Need:
- Salad greens of your choice. (I prefer hearts of Romaine, spinach or a combination of the two for this salad.)
- Toasted pecans or walnuts
- red onion slices
- Mandarin orange pieces chilled and drained

Step 1
Start with fresh washed and dried greens.

Step 2
To toast pecans, place on cookie sheet and toast in 350 degree oven for about 5 minutes or until fragrant. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Step 3
Place greens in bowl, top with slivery slices of red onion, Mandarin orange sections and toasted pecans. Serve with Raspberry dressing.
