  • 2 Small Cans Tuna
  • 1 Large Plum Tomato
  • 1/2 Red Onion
  • 3 Filets of Anchovy
  • 10 Pitted Green Olives
  • 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Step1
Drain cans of tuna well and place into a large mixing bowl.
Step2
Chop all other ingredients into small pieces. Then mix them together.
Step3
Add tuna and chopped ingredients into the mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Add olive oil and stir together. If more than 1/2 cup of olive oil is necessary, then add to taste. It should entirely coat the tuna mixture without being too greasy.
Step4
