How to Create the Perfect Guest Bathroom

Create a bathroom that will make your guests feel right at home.

Things You’ll Need:

• Big Fluffy Towels
• Coordinating Hand Towels & Wash Cloths
• Attractive baskets
• Framed Photos
• New Fresh Soaps
• New Bottles of matching Shampoo & Conditioner, in a lovely scent
• A Luxurious body wash and new loofa
• Toiletries

1. Remove any unnecessary items from the bathroom to reduce clutter and start with a clean pallet.
2. Purchase new bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes in attractive colors, that coordinate with one another and fit in with the decor of your bathroom. To store the towels, fold them in half length wise and roll them up. Place the rolled towels in the basket and place on the floor in a corner near the tub.
3. Arrange Shampoos, Conditioner, Body Wash, Loofa, and Soap around the tub.
4. Place toiletry items in a small basket, near the sink. (Sample sized tooth paste, tooth brush, dental floss, deodorant). Place a fresh bottle of liquid hand soap next to the sink. (I like Dove liquid hand soap)
5. Stock the cupboard under the sink with toilet paper and feminine hygiene products.
6. Place a small framed photo or two on a shelf or a back corner of the counter. You can find attractive, inexpensive frames at stores like Ross, TJ MAX or Stienmart
7. Optional: Place a scent defuser in the bathroom to keep it smelling fresh.
