1. Figure out what dates you want to visit this campground. Camping is booked by online reservation only and available mid-May through the beginning of September each year.

2. Use the link below for Reserve America. It will take you to the page for making reservations for Emma Wood State Beach Park. This is the only site that accepts reservations.

3. Note: there are active railroad track nearby.
   good fishing, swimming and surfing at this beach
   there are ruins of WWII coastal artillery onsite

Tips & Warnings

• If you don't have internet access while traveling and want to double check on the current status of Emma Wood SB you can call [phone].
• Dogs must be leased at all times and are only allowed in individual campsites
• Be aware that the entry/exit gate is locked every evening that the beach park is open for use.
• Emma Wood SB does not offer water or a dump station. The closest State Park with these facilities is McGrath State Beach which is less than 20 miles away.
• Tent camping is not allowed at this park.
• Facilities are limited (no restrooms, electricity or fire rings)
