In our busy days we hardly get time to pack a wholesome lunch for work. A pizza or a burger sounds like a better option though not a very healthy one. Here is a way to make a perfect lunch for the office.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Can of Kidney beans
  • Diced cucumber
  • Yogurt
  • Diced tomato
  • Tortilla
  • Grated carrot
  • Chopped onion
  • Chopped Tomato

    How to Make Homemade Burrito

  1. Step 1

    Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a pan.

  2. Step 2

    Fry one can of beans over medium heat.

  3. Step 3

    Transfer in to a bowl and allow to cool down.

  4. Step 4

    Add 1 tablespoon of yogurt to the beans and mix them well.

  5. Step 5

    Now add the diced cucumber, carrots, tomato and onion. Mix them together.

  6. Step 6

    Place a tortilla on the plate.

  7. Step 7

    Spread the beans evenly over the center of the tortilla.

  8. Step 8

    Roll the tortilla from one end towards the other.

  9. Step 9

    Fold the two ends of the roll.

  10. Step 10

    Enjoy your burrito!

Tips & Warnings
  • Wrap your burrito in a foil if you want to eat it later.
