Preparing your own meal helps losing your weight. When you cook your own dinner and breakfast ,you will decrease the consumption or eating it. You get immune to the smell of the foods you cook and that makes you lower the appetite of eating after cooking. Do not stock your refrigerator with can foods or processed meat because that will make you lazy to prepare your own fresh meals. Try to buy fresh vegetables and sea foods and then cook it when you are ready to eat. I only buy groceries twice a month and all fresh foods. I cook my meal every time I am hungry. I rarely eat in a restaurants or buy ready cook meals. I walk when it is very close to get the stuff I need. If you are busy ,you can still eat fresh by cooking it yourself. All you need is buy fresh foods and stored it in a refrigerator for at least a week.
