1. e-Miles is an exclusive online program that rewards you for reading and responding to online marketing messages based on your preferences. Each marketing message is followed by a quick 3-4 question survey that is easy to answer.

2. Go to www.e-miles.com and sign up for a free account.

3. Register your frequent flyer program for which you want to earn free miles.

4. Start receiving and reading marketing emails and answer short surveys associated with them.

5. For each completed email you get minimum of 5 miles. You could have earned these many miles after spending at least $5. But emiles gives it to you all for free.

6. Once you accumulate 500 miles they are automatically credited to your frequent flyer account.
