How to create Christmas tree ornaments by the Microsoft Picture It! Premium 10 program.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Home computer with Microsoft Picture It! Premium 10 program. Printer, 8x10 glossy photo paper
Step1
Ornament template Open up the Microsoft Picture It! Premium 10 program.
Step2
Click on Create a Project.
Step3
Click on Photo Crafts.
Step4
Click on Ornaments.
Step5
Open up the template style you want to use by clicking on it. You can double click the boxes to add family photos or a graphic of your choice from your hard drive. You can turn and resize your image to fit the small size and fitting it to the box.
Step6
Once you are happy with the photo or graphics added to the ornament save to your hard drive and then print out your project. It is looks really nice when you use glossy photo paper for the ornaments.
Step7
Choose the directions for putting the ornament together from the project menu and then print it out on regular paper. You can put the directions with the printed project and give as a gift.

Tips & Warnings

  • Making these for family and friends were a big hit. The kids like to cut them out and put them together and hang them on the tree.
  • These are a big hit especially when the ornaments contain pictures of the recipient!
