Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Things You’ll Need:
- A flat surface
- lose clothing
- a good beat or a tempo to exersice to!
Step1
The first thing you need to do is find a good place to work out!
Step2
Now find a song or something you can exersice too!
Step3
Ok now lay down flat on the ground and Warm up! So you will not hurt yourself!
Step4
After you get done warming up lie down in the crunch position, with your knees bent! and you can find a plae for your hand what ever make you happy!
Step5
Now Crunch a good 10 to 15 inches off the ground! NOW hold it for about 7-10 seconds and go down slowly! I know it's going to hurt a liltle, But after a while it will be easy!
Step6
So after the first few it will get easy! and do them to the music to keep a good pase! and when you cant do anymore! have a 15-30 second break and keep going!
