Things You'll Need:
- 1# red potatoes
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup.
- 2 Tbs.chopped parsley
- 1 tsp.minced garlic
- 1 Cup shredded parmesan-romano cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup chopped onion.

Step 1
1.Heat oven to 350. Cook scrubbed and thinly sliced potatoes in boiling salted water for 3 minutes.Then drain.

2.Prepare soup according to directions and then add your parsley,onion, and garlic to the soup.

3.Reserve 1/4 cup of shredded cheese.

4.Grease a 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Then layer potatoes and cheese in the pan before pouring soup mixture over the top.

5. Bake 50 minutes covered, then add the rest of the cheese and bake another 10 minutes uncovered.
