Things You'll Need:
- 2 cans of chicken broth
- 2 handful of spinach
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Step 1
In a stock pot, pour the 2 cans of chicken broth and boil.

Then mix in the chopped onions and let it cook until it's is soft or clear.

Next, slowly pour the beaten eggs while you are mixing the soup with a wooden fork or wooden spatula in a circular motion. The point is to keep the eggs from forming together. Keep the circular motion going even after the eggs are all poured in.

Mix in the soy sauce.

Finally, place your spinach in the stock pot and cover. Turn off the heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste (optional)
