Are you a woman who has heavy menstruation? Is it embarrassing to always be checking to make sure you haven't had an "accident"? If you don't want to spend all week in the bathroom, here are some tips on how to deal with heavy menstruation.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Tampons
  • Pads
  • Large underwear
  • Comfortable pants
  1. Step 1

    Get a high-absorbency tampon that fits the amount of grams that you menstruate.

  2. Step 2

    Use a large overnight pad with wings to as a back up to your tampon. You are now wearing both tampon and pad.

  3. Step 3

    Secure with large comfortable underwear and loose fitting, dark-colored pants.

Tips & Warnings
  • Check with your doctor about your heavy menstruation to make sure it's healthy and not abnormally heavy.
