Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

    Mix together 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of alum. Pack the mixture of salt and alum around and in the tooth. This should give quick pain relief.

  2. Step 2

    Place several drops of vanilla extract onto the affected tooth.

  3. Step 3

    Place a somewhat small piece of garlic clove directly into the cavity of the tooth.

  4. Step 4

    Soak a cotton ball in oil of cloves and apply it over the affected tooth.

  • Do not use any of the suggestions listed if you are allergic to any of the ingredients
