Bleeding gums can be very painful. Here is a simple remedy to try using water and myrrh.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Myrrh
  • Water
  1. Step 1

Wet 1/2 a tsp. of myrrh with water, mixing it a little to create a paste.

  2. Step 2

Apply the myrrh paste to your gums before you go to bed. There should be some improvement by morning.

  3. Step 3

If your gums are irritated as well as having trouble with bleeding, you can treat the irritation by taking a mouthful of papaya juice, allowing the juice to sit in your mouth for 10 minutes before spitting it out. This helps heal the tissues of the gums.
