1
Head to your favorite restaurant and take notes on the décor. What does it look like? What type of furniture do they have? Take notes about the colors inside of the restaurant, the style of the furniture, and any art that you see.
-
2
What type of ambiance does it have? What kinds of people come to this restaurant? Make notes about this as well.
-
-
3
Pick a few of your favorite items on the menu and describe them. What does the dish look like? What does it taste like? Then, ask a waitress or chef what the most popular items are in the restaurant. Make note of that as well.
-
4
Once you have collected these notes, head home and write your notes coherently and concise. Separate the descriptions into sections: Décor, Cuisine, Ambiance, Customers, etc.
-
5
Combine your descriptions into a review, as if you were writing a short essay about the restaurant.
