Originally, email was created to allow people to communicate from one computer workstation to another on the same computer network. People checked their email at work using the same computer each day. The Internet made it possible to extend email from one computer network to another, expanding the use of email. Most people still use one particular computer to check email at work but may use another computer at home. You can use Juno web email to access your email account at home, at work or while visiting an Internet cafe on a beach in the Caribbean.
