Step 1
Determine the date on which you want to send out your ecards. Since Passover's date is based on the lunar calendar, many people may be unaware of the date of Passover each year.
-
Step 2
List the friends and relatives whom you want to send Passover ecards. You should also consider what sort of cards you want to send to your list, such as funny or religious versions. You will also want to decide whether to send the same card to each person on your list or pick a different card for each friend or relative.
-
Step 3
Check that you have a current email address for each recipient. If you use an old email address, your friends may never see the ecards that you send them.
-
Step 4
Choose a site from which to send ecards (see Resources below). The leading sites include 123Greetings, Passover-Ecards, American Greetings and EGreetings. Pick the site that has the largest variety of appealing cards.
-
Step 5
Personalize your ecard with your own Passover message. Many people use messages like "Hag Sameach," which means "a joyous festival," while others may include lengthy messages about family and recent events.
-
Step 6
Check with your friends and family to be sure that they received their ecards. Many ecards are caught by spam filters, and they may have to retrieve your card from the spam file. Some may also refuse to click on links to open their cards if they do not recognize who sent the cards to them.
