An interesting treat for your favorite pooch - easy and fun to make!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Whole Wheat Flour
  • Brown sugar
  • Powdered Milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup Ripe Banana
  • Vegetable oil
  • Beef bouillon cube
  • Brown sugar
  1. Step 1

    2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup powdered milk -- nonfat
    1 egg
    1 banana -- ripe, mashed (no peel :->)
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1/2 cup water -- hot
    1 tablespoon brown sugar

  2. Step 2

    Mix all ingredients until will blended in a large bowl. Knead for 2 minutes on a floured surface until smooth and elastic.

  3. Step 3

    Roll to approximately 1/4" thickness or desired thickness of your choice. cut in strips, or use one of those cute bone cookie cutter thingies.

  4. Step 4

    Bake for 30 minutes in a 300 degrees oven on ungreased cookie pans. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from cookie sheet. Store in glass jar so pup can see and beg for them!

Tips & Warnings
  • These are a great natural treat for your pooch - mine love em!
  • Gather the following ingredients: 2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour 1/2 cup powdered milk -- nonfat 1 egg 1/3 cup banana -- ripe, mashed 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 beef bouillon cube 1/2 cup water -- hot 1 tablespoon brown sugar Note: If you are doubtful about any ingredient, check with your veterinarian or simply leave it out.
