Do you want to slim down in just a couple of seconds? Maybe it will take a little bit longer than that. Well, when I was in 6 grade I weigh 200+ pounds and my classmates changed my name to fat instead of calling my real name. My hip size was 36 but now is only 24. I did not do diet of any kind, its just happened that I loved my original diet. I was born to eat just vegetables and seafood most of the times. Not because I want to lose weight but because that's the only foods that I love to eat. When I gained weight I remembered ,that was when my grandmother died and I was miserable left behind in our barn alone up in the mountain. I do not eat much but I noticed that depression plays a big role in gaining weight. I went to school and I eat most of my classmates leftover foods. It was like I am the trash can for their leftover. I was dramatically gained weight quickly. I never play with others and I am always lonely. When I went to our barn I was crying most of the night alone. Since my weight is really changed, people look at me that I am a loser. They made fun of my size and humiliate my looks. Then I started to realized that I am just killing myself. People criticise me so bad when I am down about the situation. And they made me wake up that in this world there's nobody is willing to help you except yourself. Instead of getting mad with these people ,I took it as a compliments for a change. But still my sadness will not go away because I loved my grandmother so deeply. When she died I left alone and nobody there for me because we are very far away from others. When people humiliate me at that time. I was motivated to prove them that they were wrong. I played all day by myself and try to find a way to forget my grandmother but it was not easy for me. I went to the city and work as a babysitter and then went back home in the province to visit my grandmother's grave. Someone inspired me about my situation. And makes me happy to smile again. I become active for outdoor activities and all of a sudden my weight changed. I always feel that after I eat my stomach is empty. And it feels great. Swimming and fishing is my favorite thing to do. love to walk most often for as long as for 3 hours. Climbed up in the mountain because I lived on top of it. Gather firewood from the woods and fetch water from natural spring. Everything I do is body works in a way that I like doing it. So weight loss is just like that. You have to like what you are doing to make the thing work and effective.
