Flat serves in tennis are the most powerful serve there is!!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Tennis racket
  • tennis buddy
  • tennis gears
  • tennis balls
  1. Step 1

    Stand at the baseline with your proper serving position.

  2. Step 2

    Hold the racket in an Extreme Western Grip. This is the easiest way to have a booming first serve. Those who don't know what an extreme western grip is. Just imagine driving a motorcycle.

  3. Step 3

    Point the racket to your opponent and toss the ball very high in the air and time the motion when you would hit the ball. Always maintain the grip of the racket.

  4. Step 4

    Upon impact with the ball follow through motion must be incorporated.

  5. Step 5

    Get ready to return a winner!!

Tips & Warnings
  • Point racket head to opponent
  • Choose lighter rackets for more power
  • Don't use on forehand drives
