Step1
Drink Water. Aim for a least 2 liters a day. This will help to flush out toxins and help your body regulate better.

PEARS
A good detoxifier, pears can help reduce the effects of pollutants in the system, assisting the lymphatic system. Also a good source of iodine, fiber and potassium.
