Instructions
  1. Step 1

Glyconutrients are plant carbohydrates. They are 8 essential sugars that our bodies need to ensure proper cell communication, which is the foundation of optimal health. Every cell in the body needs glyconutrients to operate properly.

  2. Step 2

The standard modern diet only receives two of the eight glyconutrients. Glucose, which is found in refined sugar, and galactose, which is found in dairy products. The body has the ability to produce the remaining six by using these two sugars, but it's an extremely intensive process. To ensure all glyconutrients are received in adequate amounts, supplements are best.

  3. Step 3

Our diets are deficient in glyconutrients for many reasons, some main ones being that fruits and vegetables are often grown in nutrient-deficient soil, picked while still green, stored for long periods of time and treated with chemicals. When a fruit or vegetable is picked before it has had a chance to fully ripen, the essential glyconutrients haven't had a chance to travel from the roots through the stem and into the fruit.

  4. Step 4

A mountain of scientific evidence points to the link between missing glyconutrients and disease. Disease is caused by poor cell communication. Glyconutrients are the ingredient for proper cell communication.

  5. Step 5

When supplementing their diet with glyconutrients, people notice an immediate boost in energy and vitality. Scientific research has shown that people suffering from a variety of autoimmune disorders or degenerative diseases have benefited from taking these supplements, even when conventional medications offered little relief.

  6. Step 6

Primary sources of glyconutrients are fungi, saps, gums, and seeds, while the secondary sources are grains, fruit and vegetables.

Tips & Warnings
  • Glyconutrients are not a miracle cure. They enable the body to do what it is pre-programmed to already do.
  • Glyconutrients are generally safe to take without fear of side effects. However, people with certain allergies (like to mushrooms) are encouraged to read all ingredients before using a product.
