Step1
Start the year off with a bang by losing the unwanted fats that you have in your body.
Step2
Eat right in the morning. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So don't skip this part of the meal as it will only trigger hunger yearnings.
Step3
Eat Nutritious high fiber foods like fruits and vegetables. Incorporate this in your diet.
Step4
Stay off of fatty foods like Red meat which contains high cholesterol and calories.
Step5
Lessen the amount of junk foods that you eat a day.

Drink loads of water. Stay away from soda's as much as possible.
Step7
Exercise at least three times a week. Walk at least 20 minutes a day or take up a new sport like tennis, badminton, etc.,
