Things You'll Need:
- exercise gears
- towels
- pillow
-
Step 1
I know that there are a lot of fads out there in the market today claiming to have a great ab without any effort on your part whatsoever? Do you really want that?
-
Step 2
Lie flat on your back and put a pillow on the back of your head.
-
Step 3
Do crunches by lifting your head and steadying your body. Do this at high speed. This will stimulate your abdominal muscles to tighten up and develop more muscles along the way.
-
Step 4
do 8 crunches at a time then rest for 30 seconds and do another 8. Repeat this cycle for 8 times before resting up.
-
Step 5
Do this at least twice a day. In the morning and in the evening preferably before going to bed.
-
Step 6
Take up a sport or two like basketball or tennis at least two times a week and back this up with proper diet.
