You can go " www.pandora.com" and sign up for the service. Or you can go " www.msn.com" and click "music". When you are in MSN music, and click "radio".
MSN radio station
Key in the artist's name. You will have your own station. Having fun. You also can share your station.

on 1/18/2008 For the broadcasting your own station, you can go for this service"http://www.swcast.net/", but I am NOT sure it is free. The other way, you can host your own website, and play your own music, talk, or speech. It is free service from lot of web host.
