Nausea is one of the worst feelings on the Earth, and many people avoid it like the plague. If you are feeling nauseous, try these natural remedies to help get you back to normal in no time.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Step1
The first thing to remember when trying to overcome nausea is that you will need to replace all the fluids that you lose. This is very important to help get you better, so push clear liquids.
Step2
Try some fresh ginger in a glass of tea. I am not big on hot tea, but this is a miracle fix for nausea. The fresher the ginger, the better the results.
Step3
Peppermint candies have been known to curb the nauseous feelings as well. Make sure that you suck on it and not chew it though for maximum effect.
Step4
Another lesser known tea that works wonders is chamomile tea. This is pretty good but to me, the fresh ginger does a better job. Chamomile is a close second in a pinch however.
Step5
An old home remedy that is around is to mix one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, with one tablespoon of honey and drink it. This has been around for years and some people swear by it.
Step6
Finally for some immediate relief, you can ease your nausea by rubbing the pressure point that is located between the thumb and forefinger. This really does work, and you will find that it relaxes you.

on 2/13/2008 I like Step 6! Cola syrup is one my favorite nausea reducers, though it's good to have multiple remedies as you never know what will work. Nice tips.
