If you're ready to get your arches shipshape, grab your tweezers, and get ready for the perfect pluck. In a matter of minutes, you'll be ready to arch those brows in a come hither look.
Find the three main parts of your eyebrow. Your brow should begin above the inner part of your eye, near your tear duct. Place your thumb flat between your brows in the area above your nose. Use an eye pencil to mark the sides of your thumb. The area underneath your thumb should be tweezed, leaving the hairs on the sides as a guideline for the beginning of your brows. The arch of the brow (the highest point in the middle) should fall above the outer edge of your iris.
Step2
To find the perfect ending to your brow, place a pencil against the side of your nose. Then angle it diagonally and rest the pencil on the outer corner of your eye. Where the pencil falls is where your brow should end.
Step3
Tweeze in the direction your hair grows to avoid breaking the hair off. Take a breather from plucking every now and then and stand away from the mirror to check your progress. It's easy to overtweeze, so be careful. Just pluck the stray hairs that don't look like they're part of your natural brow.
Step4
Trim long brow hairs. Using an eyebrow comb, brush hairs upward and then toward your temples. Trim those extra-long hairs by lifting them up with a comb and snipping with small scissors. Snip one hair at a time and go slowly.
