Things You'll Need:
- Heavy stationery paper
- Envelopes
- Colored paper
- Scalloped scissors
- Rubber stamps
- Stamp pad
- Markers
- Glue stick

Step 1
Fold a piece of stationary paper in half and trim so it fits nicely into the envelope.

Step 2
Cut a piece of colored paper with scalloped scissors and glue it to the front half of the folded card.

Step 3
Use rubber stamps directly on colored paper or cut out a square of the stationery paper to be stamped. You can simply press the stamp on a pad or color the details of the stamp with markers.
