Step 1
The first step is probably the hardest because it has to do with coming to terms with yourself. In a quiet room, get into a comfortable position and start re-visting all the things tht have happened throughout your life, good and bad. For anyone that has ever done anything to hurt you allow yourself to forgive them with love. This will undoubtedly be extremely hard for some people who have been through some very traumatic events, but is essential to really feel the love as you forgive this person for whatever they did to you. Also, remember to forgive yourself for any harm you have inflicted or anything you feel you have failed at.

Step 2
Next, remain in the room and assume a position that is comfortable for meditation. Close your eyes and clear your mind. Call upon the angels while you are in this meditative state. Open yourself up to feel their energy and they will be present.

It may helpful to imagine what the angels look like. Forming an image gives the angels an idea of what you expect. Angels come in all forms and can appear in dreams, in the meditative state as swirling clouds or regular people, and can also appear in the physical realm. Some people only hear the angels' voices.

Step 4
Once you feel your angels' presence, ask them questions. Keep a clear mind and allow their answers to flow. It may be helpful to keep a notebook nearby to write down any urges of guidance that come to you.

Try to be patient and allow the angels to work out the issues for you. This may be hard to do when we are living in a fast-paced society, but it's important to have faith that the angels will work things out for your best interests.

The last and most important thing you should do is thank the angels. Thank them for their guidance and protection and for being with you at all times.
