- Hard boiled colored egg
- Toys

Step 1
Before Easter comes, have your children dye Easter eggs with their names on them. You can use this egg as an indentifying mark in their basket. Place the child's dyed hardboiled egg in a highly visible spot within the basket. When your child finds the basket with her egg, she'll know it's hers.
-
Step 2
Fill the basket 3/4 of the way up with fake grass.
-
Step 3
Add jellybeans, chocolate eggs and other candies inside little plastic eggs. For toddlers, you can stock the basket with single-serving applesauces, cracker and cheese packets, carrot and dip packets, trail mix, juice boxes, raisins and 100% fruit roll-ups.
-
Step 4
Include a toy that is small and special to the child, such as a tiny doll, miniature cars and a stuffed bunny or chick. Toddlers might like a new sippy cup or a simple pull-toy. Something soft and cuddly is always nice in an Easter basket.
-
Step 5
You can wrap the basket with colored plastic wrap if you like, or leave it open with a ribbon on the top of the basket.
